Mission
The mission of the Red River Freethinkers is to advocate for a skeptical view of the role of religion in society and to promote critical examination of religious authority and dogma.
Purpose
Red River Freethinkers is organized exclusively for educational purposes. The purpose of the Red River Freethinkers is:
To support and conduct non-partisan educational and informational activities in order to promote public discourse on the role of organized religion in our society.
To advocate for the maintenance of the First Amendment guarantee for the separation of state and church.
To work in coalition with other freethought and civil rights/civil liberties organizations to sustain such views.
To carry out activities which may include (but are not limited to) holding regular social and educational events, undertaking media outreach, and producing a regular newsletter.
